- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all most common credit and debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
- Do you accept payments in currencies other than USD?
- Yes. Regardless of the currency you are using, once you place the order with your debit or credit card it'll get automatically converted into USD.
- What devices can be used for chess lessons?
- You can use any device including a smartphone, a laptop, or a tablet as long as it has a stable internet connection and supports ZOOM.
- Can I get a refund after I cancel the class?
- If you are a Student and cancel the class at least 48 business hours before the class start time, you will receive a full refund, excluding the service fee. If you are a Student and cancel the class less than 48 business hours before the class start time, refunds may not be extended in this case.
- I cannot make it to class and need to reschedule. How do I do that?
- If you are Student and need to reschedule a class please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that if it is less than 48 business hours before the class start time the service fee may be applied for rescheduling a class.
- I'm a grandmaster and want to become a coach at Chesslance. Who should I contact?
